Scanners

The Attocube range of scanners is developed for work in cryostat under vacuum or ultra-vacuum, and under strong magnetic field.
These stages with a stroke of up to 125μm allow fine adjustment of the position of your sample.
Only supplied in open loop version, it is possible to use an optional IDS3010 interferometer to obtain sub-nanometric positioning repeatabilities.
