Measuring a single surface with an interferometer is extremely difficult, if not impossible, because all parallel surfaces contribute to the fringes of the interferogram.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The surface insulation source from our partner 4D Technology is an optional external laser source that excludes everything except the affected surface. The SIS module allows you to measure both surfaces of a transparent lens with a standard AccuFiz interferometer.
