Because the scan time is very short, the NanoCam HD can measure in spite of vibrations, allowing the instrument to be mounted on a gantry or robot end effector as well as inside a polishing station to measure the quality of the polish.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Applications of NanoCam HD optical profilers include surface roughness of small and large size coated\/uncoated optics, machine surface roughness metrology and process control for polishing operations, including the measurement of superpolishing.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The new autofocus feature allows for faster and more consistent measurements requiring fewer manual adjustments. Measure parts with reflectivity ranging from 0.5% to 100% without changing the reference optics.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The NanoCam HD dynamic optical profiler includes 4Sight Focus advanced analysis software.
