The ECR5050hs Inertial Piezo Plate allows for precise 360\u00b0 endless sample rotation in both directions. The large aperture can be used as a through hole for wires or (optical) beams. ECSx3030 and ECSx3050 can be directly stacked on top, other Industrial Line positioners can be mounted using an adapter plate.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Available in open or closed loop, can be used with the AMC100 controller.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
