Z-axis translation stages or piezoelectric stages of the PZ series are specially designed for high resolution and high precision movement on the z-axis.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

These products offer a displacement range of 8 microns to 400 microns with an accuracy below the nanometer in the z direction. Optical components, tools and similar systems can be adapted to these flexible hinge systems and they can be moved with a high dynamic range.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The PZ series is delivered with a \u00abstage\u00bb top and bottom plate.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
