The maximum displacement is 600\u03bcm for the larger version. The resolutions of the MIPOS are very high and, in practice, only limited by the voltage noise of the supply.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A special integrated preload design offers the following advantages:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8211;\u00a0 Very small angular deviation<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Wide range of parallel motion<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 High resonance frequency<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">All standard threads for Zeiss, Leica, Nikon, Olympus etc. are available for the upper and lower sides of the MIPOS<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mounting this system on the microscope is very simple: screw the Flex-Adapter thread ring into the microscope and mount the lens positioning system on this ring with a screw. Due to the small size, no other threads next to MIPOS are blocked.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A special version allows reverse working (UD) on inverted microscopes.
