The high resolution and fast response time of MIPOS 16-158 offers new possibilities, especially for white light interferometers.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Based on its unique design with an aperture of 104 mm and a tray height of 42 mm, the MIPOS 16-158 offers technical specifications corresponding to the requirements of white light interferometry.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Piezoelectric actuators can significantly improve accuracy and speed with virtually unlimited resolution and fast response time. The MIPOS 16-158 nanopositioner can achieve a focusing range of up to 16 \u03bcm and a single step resolution of less than 0.1 nm, while operating in a voltage range of \u2013 20 to 130 V. The MIPOS 16-158 is intended for integration in metrology configurations and devices.
