The maximum movement is 20 \u03bcm. The resolution of MIPOS 20 is very high and, in practice, only limited by the voltage noise of the power supply.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A special integrated preload design offers the following advantages:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8211;\u00a0 Very small angular deviation<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 Very parallel movement at high range<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0 High resonance frequency<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">All standard threads for Zeiss, Leica, Olympus, Nikon, Mitutoyo etc. are available for the upper and lower sides of MIPOS series.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mounting this system on the microscope is very simple: screw the Flex-Adapter threaded ring into the microscope and mount the MIPOS on this ring with a clamping screw.
