First system fully adapted for road lighting measurements to EN 13201: 2016<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Until the introduction of the GL OPTICAM 3.0 4K TEC luminance measurement camera, measuring luminance distribution was a tedious, time-consuming and costly process, requiring the involvement of many people with specialist knowledge. The new Luminance Measurement Imaging System provides the comprehensive measurement data needed to calculate luminance distribution for compliance with selected area and road lighting standards in a matter of seconds. Unlike other systems, GL OPTICAM 3.0 4K TEC is the world’s first solution fully adapted to field measurements.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This measurement camera includes a TEC unit for thermal stabilization of the image sensor, which compensates for measurement errors resulting from changing temperature conditions. Its hermetically sealed housing (IP 54) is designed for field use and prepared for a variety of weather conditions – even rain, without fear of damage to the camera. What’s more, it features a battery power source that relieves the operator of the need for electric generators and portable power supplies when working outdoors. A set of included accessories facilitates measurement field determination and the entire measurement process.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
