Thanks to the TRIOPTICS group subsidiaries based in China, Japan or Taiwan, we have access to a wide range of optical components that can be offered to you in mass production. We can supply windows, mirrors, lenses, aspherical lenses, doublets, triplets, prisms, filters, beam splitters, microlenses, metal mirrors, diffusers etc…
The materials offered are those of the major European, American or Asian brands. They cover the spectral range from UV to visible and far infrared.
Our in-depth knowledge of manufacturers and our experience in optical metrology allows us to select the supplier best suited to the requirements of your project (cost, manufacturing quality, responsiveness, production and metrology equipment, etc.)
Course of a typical project:

Study of your specifications / optical design / mechanical design / processing
Exchange on the choice of materials, on the optical treatment, on the test plan (choice of measurements to be carried out, precision of measurement, measurement by sampling, measurement on 100% of the parts, format of the test report…)
Technical and commercial proposal
Realization of one or several prototypes
After qualification of the prototypes, launch of the mass production and follow-up of the project
