Attocube fiber laser interferometers

The new Attocube IDS fiber laser interferometer is a high-precision tool for non-contact, remote measurement of displacements, positions, angles or vibrations in real time, with a frequency of 10 MHz.
Based on laser + fiber optic technology, the IDS measures directly at the target. Up to 3 measuring heads can be connected to a single base unit, enabling simultaneous tracking of 3 displacements at speeds of up to 2 m/sec. With a measuring head/target distance of 5 m, this sensor achieves nanometric resolution.
