For rotations, Attocube offers a range of goniometers based on piezo-inertial, or stick slip, technology.
This technology makes it possible to work with a resolution of the order of µ° over a stroke of up to 10°.
These compact goniometers can be used in vacuum or ultra-vacuum versions, up to 10-12mbar, as well as in cryogenic versions for the premium range, up to 10mK.
What’s more, the rotation points of two superimposed stages are merged for simplified use.
