Only the AccuFiz includes Smart Zoom™ to ensure accurate lateral resolution over the full 1X-10X zoom range. Diffraction-limited imaging provides unmatched resolution, especially at medium spatial frequencies, to measure the polishing artifacts that other interferometers lack.
