ANPz51

The ANPz51 offers high resolution, as well as highly stable z-positioning over a range of 2.5 mm. Combined with two ANPx51 positioners, a versatile xyz positioning unit for various 3D nano-positioning applications is created. 

Available in open and closed loop.
