The ATS alignment turning station with integrated precision measurement technology is a strong demonstration of TRIOPTICS’ innovative capabilities. It is a family of high-efficiency alignment turning stations for production, easy to operate thanks to its user-friendly software and, despite their versatility, highly intuitive to use. Controlling all operational steps within a single process enables the safe production of high-performance lens systems. This not only makes manufacturing more precise and significantly faster, but also results in more robust finished products, better able to withstand conditions such as temperature fluctuations and shocks.

The use of the ATS offers two key advantages:

Precision: precise manufacturing of high-performance lens systems, which is practically unmatched by any other process.
Speed: increased cost efficiency with consistent accuracy thanks to streamlined production processes.

The ATS 200 has been specifically designed for machining small and medium-sized lenses. As the ATS 200 allows easy installation of new types and sizes of cells, it is particularly well suited for medium-sized batch production. Its modular design enables it to adapt to a wide range of applications or evolving requirements.

    Ideal conditions for precise manufacturing
A structure compliant with ultra-precision machine guidelines provides the required accuracy for both optical and cell measurement, as well as a high level of rigidity during processing. This means that the axes are equipped with frictionless bearings and high-precision linear motors. The ATS 200 therefore delivers precise and highly reproducible results when used in production.

For very high precision: ATS 200 UP
The ATS 200 UP is a variant of the ATS 200 with an identical base structure. It is distinguished by the use of an extremely stable spindle with hydrostatic bearings. This further increases rigidity and provides excellent damping, enabling very high precision requirements of more than 0.5 micron to be achieved.
