ECSz5050

The ECSz5050 inertial piezo stage offers a drive force of 8 N over a vertical travel range of 8 mm. Its high guiding precision is ensured by crossed roller bearings. This stage is designed for ambient conditions (RT) and is available in both open-loop and closed-loop versions.

The stage is used with the AMC100 controller.
