Comprising a monochromator for excitation, a sample chamber and an emission monochromator, it generates excitation and emission spectra. Measurements can be relative or absolute using an integrating sphere, enabling quantum yield to be calculated.
Excitation and emission spectrum: 250-1100 nm
Bandwidth: 1 nm
Beam diameter on the sample: 4 mm
Detection: photomultiplier (200-800 nm) and Si photodiode (800-1100 nm)
Acquisition via PC and dedicated Benwin+ software (or Labview dll, Python, etc.)
