Comprising a monochromator for excitation, a sample chamber and an emission monochromator, it generates excitation and emission spectra. Measurements can be relative or absolute using an integrating sphere, enabling quantum yield to be calculated.
- Excitation and emission spectrum: 250-1100 nm
- Bandwidth: 1 nm
- Beam diameter on the sample: 4 mm
- Detection: photomultiplier (200-800 nm) and Si photodiode (800-1100 nm)
- Acquisition via PC and dedicated Benwin+ software (or Labview dll, Python, etc.)
