Comprising a monochromator for excitation, a sample chamber and an emission monochromator, it generates excitation and emission spectra. Measurements can be relative or absolute using an integrating sphere, enabling quantum yield to be calculated.

  • Excitation and emission spectrum: 250-1100 nm
  • Bandwidth: 1 nm
  • Beam diameter on the sample: 4 mm
  • Detection: photomultiplier (200-800 nm) and Si photodiode (800-1100 nm)
  • Acquisition via PC and dedicated Benwin+ software (or Labview dll, Python, etc.)
