150W Xenon 250-1500nm source
Source 40W 1-30µm infrared SiN
The IL6/7/8 range of housings can accommodate up to 3 lamps, covering a spectrum from 200nm to 30µm.
A wide choice of lamps can be installed in the housings.
The S version is used as a stand-alone unit, while the D and T versions must be used with a dual or triple source switching unit.
Although designed for use with monochromators, these lamps can be integrated into all optical and spectroscopic systems requiring stable illumination over a precise spectral band.
An efficient optical system, based on a doublet of lenses (f/1 input, f/4 output), produces a cone in line with the monochromator’s requirements, while maximizing the amount of transmitted light and minimizing stray light.
The 218 optical chopper can be directly integrated.
The IL6x and IL8x housings are very similar. The only difference lies in the optics, which are optimized for different wavelengths.
The IL7 is a special version of the IL6. It is always supplied with a 150W Xenon lamp, as it includes the ignition circuit required for this type of lamp.
