NanoX 240 SG 45° Turntable

The NanoX 240 SG single-axis linear positioning stage is a development of the ultra-fast NanoX line. Thanks to FEA optimization, the turntable achieves the highest dynamic performance and excellent guiding accuracy even under high loads. 

The sophisticated monolithic design of the solid bending hinge guide means that the path is free from mechanical play and friction, a feature of all psj steps. In addition, the NanoX and NanoSX systems are temperature compensated, while changing the ambient temperature, the turntable retains its position. 

Positioning accuracy, stability, linearity and reproducibility are optimal in closed loop operation. 

The piezosystem jena digital amplifier/ controller allows additional in situ and dynamic configuration of PID parameters, scanning speed and bandwidth of the band-cut filter. Mechanical resonance can be found using the built-in vobulation generator. The band-cut filter configuration eliminates unwanted frequencies from the output voltage, such as the stage resonance frequency. 

This allows you to easily adapt the configuration according to the current load scenario and optimize system performance. 

The NanoX is available in different sizes and with different deflection angles.
