The PU series of nano-positioning elements consists of a single metal part, which includes the bending guide system. These piezo elements provide excellent mechanical stability.
The modelled bends guarantee zero friction and great robustness. These piezoelectric actuators can withstand loads up to 240 N in the high-load version and generate a single-axis movement of 40 (PU 40 series) at 100 μm.
They are easily adaptable because they can be mounted horizontally and vertically. The PU series is ideal for all types of industrial applications where a reliable accuracy below the nanometer is required.
Equipped with a strain gauge feedback sensor, these systems can be used for positioning tasks requiring high accuracy and positioning stability.
