X-BOT-120

X-BOT-120 is a miniature hexapod, 70 mm high, which positions and adjusts precision components in 6 degrees of freedom, with nanometer resolution. 

Thanks to an innovative and exclusive arrangement of 6 nano positioners, the X-BOT-120 achieves large amplitudes of movement in an extremely compact format. Absolute encoder feedback eliminates power-on homing, which is often time-consuming and disruptive in precision applications. 

An optional rotation plate (PR-32L) for 360° z-rotation can be integrated beneath the carrier platform. HV, UHV and non-magnetic versions are available for this hexapod. Customized displacement ranges are available on request.
