The SpectroMaster 600 manual or motorized spectro-goniometer is currently the most accurate instrument for refractive index measurement on the market.

This precision is the result of very high-precision components such as airc bearing rotary table or high-end optical mirrors and high-quality manufacturing, including careful inspection of all relevant parameters.

The motorized goniometer is equipped with piezoelectric motors whose heat dissipation is negligible for optimal thermal stability.

This optical spectro-goniometer is able to measure from 195 nm to 12000 nm with accuracies of 5*10-6 to 2*10-6
