AccuFiz is extremely easy to use in confined laboratory spaces. Its compact and lightweight design is extremely rigid for maximum stability in any orientation or environment.

Only the AccuFiz includes Smart Zoom™ to ensure accurate lateral resolution over the full 1X-10X zoom range. Diffraction-limited imaging provides unmatched resolution, especially at medium spatial frequencies, to measure the polishing artifacts that other interferometers lack.
