Custom 5-axis lens mount

Drawing on the knowledge of qualified engineers and optical designers, Optical Surfaces is able to provide an optical mount design service that offers an optimized solution for your application.

Custom modifications include mounts for non-circular optical components or to support larger diameter optics (> 600 mm). Various motorized mounting options are also available to meet applications used in harsh environments (vacuum, high temperature, high pressure) or when limited space makes manual adjustment difficult.

Optionally, the optical mounts can be equipped with linear x-y-z travel axes if required. This addition allows the user to precisely control the positioning of optical components up to 5 degrees of freedom.
