The PS 90+ controls up to nine axes. 

For very precise positioning tasks, an additional input for the incremental encoder or a position measurement system is available for each axis. 

Micro-step mode with stepper motors ensures smooth operation and high resolution. These motors can be used up to 256 micro steps per full step using the software. 

The PS 90+ is used and programmed by a PC. Alternatively, it can also be used as a stand-alone device with a handheld terminal with LCD display and keyboard or a control stick. 

For communication with a PC, the USB and RS232 interfaces are integrated. The optional Anybus interface («Modbus/ TCP» Anybus module) allows communication via Ethernet. 

Eight inputs and eight outputs allow flexible communication with different peripherals, for example: TTL level, analog and PLC. 

For safety reasons, an external emergency stop button is pluggable. 

The PS 90+ allows for point-to-point positioning in trapezoidal or S-curve speed-time profiles. 

Comes with a CD with the dedicated software tool OWISoft, driver and SDK for C, C ++, C #, LabView (version 8.2 and above) and additional programming languages (32/64 bits). Thus, the PS 90 can be configured and operated comfortably. 

Supported operating systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista (32/64 bits), Windows 7 (32/64 bits), Windows 8 (32/64 bits), Windows 8.1 (32/64 bits) and Windows 10 (32/64 bits). Bit). 

 

Foreign engines may also be used.
