ECSxy5050

The ECSxy5050 is a monolithic xy positioning unit that provides high-resolution positioning over a 25 mm2 displacement range. In addition to its slim design, it has an unprecedented perpendicularity between the axes of movement. Its high guiding precision is achieved with cross roller bearings.
