Translation plate one axis from 38 to 1500μm

The series of x-axis piezoelectric positioning stages includes the PU and PX plate series. 

Both series are ideal for the precise positioning of optical components such as mirrors and laser diodes, for adjustment and mounting in semiconductor technologies and electronics, for measurement technologies and quality assurance, as well as microbiology. 

The main feature is the positioning of components in a millisecond adjustment time and long-term positioning stability, in case the actuator is equipped with a closed loop feedback sensor system.
