The Triotor and miniTRITOR XYZ micro piezoelectric systems are extremely compact and offer a parallel movement without backlash due to the mechanical design. Despite the minimum dimensions, a movement of up to 38 μm on all three axes is achieved. The resolution is in the lower nanometer range. 

Due to their design, the piezo micro and miniTRITOR systems offer maximum rigidity and are therefore particularly suitable for dynamic applications. 

 

The nanopositioners can be easily combined with other mechanical or electromagnetic positioning systems, resulting in high resolution positioning systems. 

Triotor can be used in vacuum with the appropriate option
