Among the composite ranges, piezosystem Jena supplies stacks used as agitators.
Designed to work at high frequencies, these piezoelectric shakers put the electrical excitation signal directly into the movement. The amplitude of the shaker movement is determined by the operating voltage, while the speed of movement is determined by the load current (in sub-resonant mode). The internal structure of the shaker is adapted to the high forces, pressures and accelerations involved. As a result, the piezoelectric agitator operates reliably under oscillation at continuous load.
What’s more, as with every piezocomposite, piezo mixers from piezosystem Jena are highly customizable. The applications listed are only a small representation of possible use cases. All electromagnetic shaker models can be modified – or even designed from scratch – to suit any application requiring powerful, highly reproducible, highly precise, high-frequency vibrations.
