Please note that this privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data for which TRIOPTICS France is the Data Controller, i.e. in cases where TRIOPTICS France has determined the purposes and means of the processing.

To avoid any ambiguity, this privacy policy does not apply to any processing of personal data that TRIOPTICS France may carry out as a Data Processor arising from your use of our services.

For the avoidance of doubt, we will not share personal data with third parties in such a way that they use personal data for direct marketing purposes in relation to you as a private individual, but only in your capacity as a representative of a current or potential TRIOPTICS France customer.

As explained above, please note that this privacy policy does not cover any processing for which you may be responsible as a result of using our services. You, or the party you represent, are always responsible for your own processing of personal data in accordance with applicable law.

Essential cookies for the proper functioning of the site
