With the ProCam® series of measuring and production stations, TRIOPTICS offers solutions to the challenge of assembling high-precision optical sensors. Thanks to an automated production process based on unique algorithms, our systems guarantee precise, repeatable and rapid alignment, and thus ultimately better image quality.
Optimizing this image quality leads to a significant reduction in production rejects. Active alignment is therefore an efficient production method for high-end cameras and Lidars, enabling high throughput and consistent image quality.
Proven automatic alignment technology, offering active alignment with sub-micron resolution, five or six alignment axes, suitable for wide-angle lenses up to 170°, enabling alignment of the sensor to the lens or vice versa in a single step. This solution is particularly well suited to stereo cameras and lidars.
ProCam® software enables a fully automated process, with high-precision image analysis algorithms that analyze all parameters relevant to alignment in real time. It includes an integrated scripting tool to adapt to specific customer needs, as well as full data backup and traceability. In addition, it offers configuration files for different camera types, enabling rapid product changeover.
