The ATS alignment turning station with integrated precision measurement technology is an excellent demonstration of TRIOPTICS’ capacity for innovation. This is a family of high-performance alignment turning stations for production, easy to use thanks to their user-friendly software and despite their versatility. Controlling all operating steps in a single process enables the safe production of high-performance lens systems. Not only does this make manufacturing more precise and significantly faster, it also results in more robust end products, better equipped to withstand conditions such as temperature fluctuations and impact.

The use of ATS offers two important advantages:

  • Precision: precise manufacture of high-performance lens systems, something virtually no other process offers.
  • Speed: increased profitability with consistent accuracies thanks to streamlined production processes.

The ATS 200 has been specially designed for machining small and medium-sized lenses. As the ATS 200 can easily accommodate new cell types and sizes, it is particularly well suited to the production of medium-sized batches. Its modular design means it can be adapted to a wide range of applications, or to growing requirements.

Ideal conditions for precision manufacturing
A structure compliant with ultra-precision machine guidelines provides the precision required for optics and cell measurement, as well as a high level of rigidity during processing. This means that the axes are equipped with frictionless bearings and high-precision linear motors. As a result, the ATS 200 delivers precise, highly reproducible results when used in production.

For ultra-high precision: ATS 200 UP
The ATS 200 UP is a variant of the ATS 200 with the same basic structure. It is distinguished by the use of an extremely stable spindle with hydrostatic bearings. This further increases rigidity and provides excellent damping, enabling very high precision requirements to be met, in excess of 0.5 microns
