Attocube ECSx5050 linear stages

The ECSx5050 inertial piezo table is the most compact positioner in the attocube industrial range. It offers high-resolution positioning over a travel range of 30 mm. Its high guiding precision is achieved with cross roller bearings. 

Available in open and closed loop, it can be used with the AMC100 controller.
