The GL OPTI SPHERE 205 integrating sphere is designed to measure the luminous flux of many light sources, particularly LEDs, in accordance with CIE 127:2007.
Their geometry enables all types of source to be measured. In fact, in line with CIE recommendations, both 2π and 4π configurations are possible.
It is supplied with an auxiliary lamp to compensate for the self-absorption of the system itself.
The inner surface is coated with barium sulfate (BaSO4), which guarantees excellent reflective properties (up to 97%). On request, this coating can be replaced by gold.
