HUMES Elevation Stages

HUMES elevation stages offer high precision positioning. To achieve high precision, the HUMES are equipped with components manufactured with high precision. 

Optionally, a directly integrable measurement system provides accurate position feedback with optimal resolution. 

The screw driven guide system allows so-called inverted mounting. 

Displacement ranges of 12 mm can be achieved with high resolutions. 

The high-quality black anodized protective layer of the aluminum parts almost completely prevents reflections or stray light.
