Laser interferometer for simultaneous, high-precision measurement and calibration of length, pitch angle, yaw angle, roll angle and straightness on positioning axes:
- Highly accurate length measurements over long distances
- Synchronous, continuous measurement of length, pitch and yaw angles, and straightness
- Up to 6 DoF can be measured with optional roll angle sensors
- Maximum measuring distance: 50 m
- Easy handling and adjustment thanks to integrated beam direction detection
- Highly invariant measurement reflector inclination
- Beam distance: 50mm
- Horizontal and vertical straightness component measurable via pivoting optics
- Numerous trigger options
- Open interfaces for OEM software under Windows and Linux
- InfasMTCAL calibration software compliant with current DIN and ISO standards.
- Highly accurate dynamic acquisition of machine axis guidance characteristics, and the subsequent standards-compliant calibration, are time-consuming and labor-intensive processes that ultimately result in high positioning accuracy.
- The SP 15000 C6 Ng calibration laser interferometer has been specially designed to meet the requirements of manufacturers of high-precision coordinate measuring machines and machine tools. It enables synchronous, continuous and, in conjunction with an optional roll angle sensor, 6 DoF measurements. The measured quantities – length, pitch angle, yaw angle and straightness in x and y alignment – are acquired with high precision by laser interferometry, using the same highly stable laser frequency in all three length measurement beams.
- Full machine acceptance or volumetric compensation can be implemented using optional software.
- Thanks to the compact design of the straightness optics, the straightness mirror is attached directly to the sensor head. This means that only two components need to be assembled and aligned with each other. Even in confined or hard-to-reach spaces, the measuring system can be set up quickly and reliably.
- Fiber-optic coupling of the sensor head and integrated beam direction detection facilitate handling and adjustment. The calibration interferometer requires no additional support. It can be placed directly on the stable machine bed. This reduces the number of optical components to be aligned.
- For large measuring ranges or calibration tasks, it is preferable to use wireless radio temperature sensors or our LCS precision climatic measuring station.
