KSHM adjustable mirror support

KSHM motorized mirror mounts can be used in all orientations. Like the manual versions, the optics are held against three stops with two clamping stages. The mirror moves to 45° in 1.5 s with the NG-E02 controller, providing a repeatability of less than 100 μrad. The optics can be adjusted precisely (  0.5° in theta, phi and Z) with disc springs.
