LINPOS translation stages

The LINPOS linear stages are particularly distinguished by their integrated ironless linear motor.
They offer high dynamics and high precision, as well as smooth and quiet operation.
As standard, they are equipped with a linear measurement system featuring a resolution of 0.2 µm.
The backlash-free guides also ensure optimal motion and a high load capacity.

All aluminum parts feature a premium black anodized protective coating.
