MicroV – Optical time-of-flight speed sensor for moving fluids and surfaces
The microV is a non-contact optical sensor based on time-of-flight (ToF) technology, designed to accurately measure the speed of a moving fluid or surface at a fixed distance of 7.4 mm (0.29 inches). Thanks to advanced optical technology, it detects speeds in a compact measuring volume of approximately 200 x 100 x 300 µm.
Available in two ultra-compact formats (Ø 9 mm), the microV comes in a standard 75 mm long version and a short 25.4 mm version, ideal for confined spaces. With no moving parts and no active components, it is particularly suitable for harsh and demanding industrial environments.
