One axis lift plate PZ10 to PZ400
Z-axis translation stages or piezoelectric stages of the PZ series are specially designed for high resolution and high precision movement on the z-axis.
These products offer a displacement range of 8 microns to 400 microns with an accuracy below the nanometer in the z direction. Optical components, tools and similar systems can be adapted to these flexible hinge systems and they can be moved with a high dynamic range.
The PZ series is delivered with a «stage» top and bottom plate.
