OptoShaft TT

The OptoShaft TT table measuring station is a compact and universal measuring device used in R&D, quality engineering or for quality assurance as a SPC device. In addition to a mandatory scattered light sensor, it is equipped with a high-precision rotary table and a motorized Z axis. Both axes are positioned by a CNC control to allow a complete sweep of the drive shafts or to measure the inside of the flanks of electric pins or worm screws. The sensor can be rotated vertically and equipped with an optical adapter to measure the inside of the drill holes. Parts with complex geometries, such as worm screws, spindles or drilling tools can also be measured with this device.
