PrismMaster Flex goniometer

The PrismMaster Flex is a versatile goniometer configurable with a modular product concept. The goniometer, efficient and easy to use, is particularly suitable for quality control of prisms in optical manufacturing. The system is available in three configuration levels. In a standard configuration with an electronic autocollimator in the swivel arm, PrismMaster Flex allows for fast sample quality control and ease of simultaneous use. In addition to simple comparison measurements with high speed, advanced configurations are capable of many measurement applications. The 1D configuration captures position information of the pivot arm. The 2D configuration also captures position information from the sample table. This allows many new measurement possibilities.

An optional configuration with up to two additional collimators or autocollimators allows for flexible expansion of the measurement functionality. By selecting the configuration and additional options, the flexible goniometer is perfectly adapted to individual measurement requirements and is suitable for measuring deviation angles or determining refractive index, for example.

In its standard version as a comparison goniometer, the PrismMaster Flex allows you to test the quality of prisms and flat optics in production. Higher configuration levels also allow the measurement of angles in absolute values up to the measurement of spatial angular relations. An existing configuration can also be upgraded to cover specific individual measurement tasks.
