The piezoelectric mirror positioner PSH 35 has been developed for the dynamic movement of small mirrors. A new design principle enables an angle of inclination of 35 mrad to be achieved. The element is driven with a maximum voltage of 130 V. It can easily be integrated into more complex stages due to its compact size.
The turntable is normally delivered without mirror. A mirror can be attached by gluing.
