• The compact SP 5000 NG interferometer is easy to handle and quick and simple to set up. It delivers highly accurate measurement results in a wide range of environments and operating conditions. Alignment of the interferometer using integrated sensors is simple, fast and highly accurate. As a result, errors due to sensor misalignment can be avoided. The precision interferometer is also available in a vacuum version.
• The laser interferometer’s design is as compact as it is rugged, its housing is splash-proof and the fiber cables can be sheathed to protect them from mechanical damage.
