The WaveMaster PRO 2 wavefront analyzer is used for mass production analysis of small plastic or glass lenses.
Due to the constant increase in quality requirements, the use of wavefront measurement becomes necessary to improve production quality.
The WaveMaster PRO & PRO 2 Wafer wavefront analyzers are capable of analyzing entire lens wafers with a measurement time of 2 seconds per lens. The wafer change is very quick to allow a full analysis of mass production.
Regarding measurement technology, the WaveMaster PRO 2 and PRO 2 Wafer wavefront analyzers determine the wavefront using a Shack-Hartmann sensor, from which various parameters are derived. A comparison with the design data is then performed.
