The PSH25 (SG) OEM is a further development of the tip/tilt platines offered by Piezosystem Jena. The PSH series is used for fast and precise positioning of optical components. Mirrors or prisms can be placed in the mrad range at several hundred kilohertz.
The PSH25 (SG) OEM tilt/tilt steering mirror platform is characterized by the positioning of optical components on two axes. An inclination range of up to 20 mrad (open loop) / 16 mrad (closed loop) is available. Another key feature is the easy exchange of different optical components.
The PSH25 (SG) OEM tilt system can be equipped with a built-in positioning sensor. The positions can be controlled very precisely and a pre-set tilt range can be defined and reproducible.
Optics and optical components of various sizes can be mounted on this tilting system.
