Measure optical surfaces without leaving a trace

µPhase® interferometers are used to characterize many types of material, including glass, plastic, ceramic and metal. Non-contact measurement protects the sample from damage or scratches, while providing an accurate assessment of the entire surface or wavefront.

The strengths of the µPhase® interferometer include its compact size and low weight, suitable for use in a variety of working environments, easy set-up and high flexibility. It is compatible with surface reflectivities ranging from 0.3% to 100%, ensuring an objective measurement that avoids interpretation errors. The well-structured, comprehensive µShape software is ideally suited to R&D applications. It also offers a wide range of accessories such as objectives and stands, with Twymann Green or Fizeau configurations available.
