OptiSurf LTM

OptiSurf is the ideal tool for non-contact measurement of lens thicknesses and air thicknesses in an optical system. It can also measure the thickness of lenses or other individual optical components. 

This instrument is based on «low coherence» interferometry and measures all distances in a single scan with an absolute accuracy of less than 1μm. 

This complete measuring station with stand, sample holder, moving stages and software also includes an innovative system for the fast and precise alignment of the sample to be tested. This makes OptiSurf® compatible with production quality controls. 

OptiSurf® Professional software includes the following functions: 

• Intuitive alignment and measurement functions
• Optical design input via OptiCentric interface or directly from Zemax
• Automatically measured surface identifications
• Comparison of measurements with design data. Statistical analysis.
• 2 levels of users (production or R&D)
