LensAlign optical lens alignment module

The LensAlign product range is available in two versions: LensAlign 4D and LensAlign 2D Air.  

LensAlign 4D enhances the performance of your OptiCentric and helps you achieve maximum precision in lens alignment. 

This optional OpticCentric module helps to align and fix small lenses on a mechanical reference axis. To provide precise positioning, the lens is held by a micro-clamp, which moves and tilts it in four degrees of freedom until the optical axis is aligned as desired.

• Positioning accuracy down to 1 µm for displacement and 5 arcsec for tilt
• Fast processing: < 1 min for measurement, alignment and UV curing, the next sample can be prepared in parallel

 LensAlign 2D Air 

 With the LensAlign 2D Air module, TRIOPTICS complements automated lens alignment processes. 

 LensAlign 2D Air enables lenses glued to the mechanical axis to be automatically aligned in reflection or transmission using an air manipulator. 

 During the continuous rotation process, the specimen is moved by software-controlled air pulses until the intended position is reached. Once the lenses have been fixed, the final production result is quantified. 

 Since the LensAlign 2D Air process is automated and therefore does not require operator intervention, a constant sample quantity can be guaranteed.
